D’tapas Express was born from my deep desire to turn the everyday into unforgettable moments. I’m Venezuelan-American, and this gourmet experience began in Chicago, shortly after the pandemic, at home with a board on the table… and many dreams in my heart.
I come from a family where the kitchen is art, heritage, and a place to gather. In Venezuela, I earned a degree in Hospitality and Management, with studies in Food & Beverage Management and training as a Chef in International Cuisine. For years, I created desserts and styled sweet and savory tables for all kinds of celebrations. That’s where—through hands-on practice and a lot of passion—I discovered the art of charcuterie.
That’s how D’tapas Express was born: a concept where I don’t sell “cheese on a board”; I offer an experience to be enjoyed with your eyes, your palate, and your soul.
Each of my creations is unique and crafted with intention. I use premium ingredients—many locally sourced—and care for every detail in composition, color, and flavor harmony. I want every board to tell a story… yours.
If there’s something that gives D’tapas Express even more soul, it’s that my team has always been my family and friends. My parents, my husband, and close loved ones have been my helping hands, my drive, and my inspiration. Every board carries not only flavor, but also the love of those who have believed in and worked with me on this dream.
Today, from Orlando, I continue bring flavor, art, and emotion to your celebrations. Because at D’tapas Express, every board is a way to say “thank you,” “happy birthday,” or simply “I love you”… without words.
