Our Journey

What started at a home table became my way to celebrate life with food.

Hi, I’m Veronica, the founder of D’tapas Express. I’m Venezuelan-American, and I grew up around family tables. Because of that, I learned early that food creates connection.

First, this story began in Chicago after the pandemic. Then, it grew into something bigger as friends and clients asked for more. So, I turned a passion into a business built on care and detail.

I studied Hospitality & Management and trained in Food & Beverage and International Cuisine. As a result, I learned how to plan, portion, and present food for real events.

Today, I create custom charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and catering in Orlando. Also, I keep the process simple and clear. However, the details always matter, because your table should feel special.
